Descrierea postului
-Performs the audit within the sales agencies – according to the Internal Sales control procedure -Identifies the associated business processes, risks and defaults -Makes assessments and recommends (agency and region level) the appropriate actions for sales process improvements/ strengthening;-Provides the management weekly with reviews and reports on the control status -Performs special investigations from or upon the management’s request;-Notifies the special risks and provides recommendations regarding sales process efficiency improvement; -Together with sales management define the project plan of the implementation sales process-Ensures recommendation/special agreements are being followed up in the agencies-Reports the status of progress to sales management(keep the RMs also updated) and if needed, to escalade main issues to sales management-Participates at continuous improvement and development of the control tools-Draws up the control report related to the checked area of each agency and region, in compliance with the standard format-Prepares the file with all documents, in compliance with the Internal sales control manual
Cerinte
-University degree -Prior expertise in a consulting company (3 years dealing with process control and improvement, internal audit)-PC knowledge – medium ( Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Outlook)-Driving license B-Travel availability (3 weeks a month)-Detailed understanding of sales environment-Project management skills-Customer-oriented-Result-oriented -Attention to details -Written communication skills-Learning and investigation ability
