Descrierea postului
-Set up the candidates’ profiles.-Identifies and contacts adequate recruitment sources for the candidate’s profile.-Sorts and selects the CV’s.-Runs the interviews with the candidates. -Offers feedback about the selected candidates and gives recommendations, by completing the Interview Record Note.-Runs administrative activities associated to R&S process (runs the interviews, books the meeting room, and informs other departments involved in the process).-Presents the hiring offer to the selected candidate.-Uses different methods: interviews, psychological tests, development centre for identifying the candidates’ potential and for running development programs within the company.- Creates and delivers the necessary materials for the ING employer branding campaigns- Sets up a development programs for the employees together with the hiring manager.-Performs training needs analysis for each department.-Runs the training providers selection.-Plans with the departments managers the training sessions included in the annual training plan.-Insures the training session delivery. -Makes all the adjustments to the annual training plan together with the managers-Offer support and advice to managers and employees in any recruitment, training and development issue
