Key Areas of Accountability: 1. Meets change objectives and executes projects, from the initiation phase up to and including transfer to the existing organization within the agreed budget and timetable in accordance with the set quality standards. Drafts projects, budgets and plans, and decides which solutions are chosen and how priorities are set. 2. Reports approaches, progress, quality and budgets to the stakeholders 3. Acts as a counselor, coach and advisor for employees within the assigned aspect area and actively intervenes when necessary. 4. Works according to departmental procedures and guidelines, identifies points for improvement and makes proposals for improvements. 5. Makes an independent contribution to ensuring content and discipline-oriented quality and the re-use of project management knowledge, skills, instruments and training.
Cerinte
Requirements: At least 2 years of Project Management experience of leading multi-dimensional projects within financial companies. Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of the area, is highly independent in decisions and actions, and only requires the validation of the general lines of action by his/her supervisor. • Project management certification (PMI-PMP, Prince2) • Strong demonstrated team leadership and relationship skills, and is able to use indirect influence. Good team player and influential people manager. • Independent and able to act on his/her convictions, also when risks are involved; able to function in an international environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Effectively steers and directs employees, and assigns responsibility within the limits of the employees’ jobs and makes clear and high demands on performance. • Effectively determines goals and priorities and indicates the actions, time, resources and priorities needed to achieve specific goals. • High Mobility. Frequent travel might be required. • Understands the political relationships within the company. • Is decisive and able to take tough decisions. • Flexible and consultative approach to planning and execution. • Needs the ability to make change happen in a matrix managed environment. • Develops the structure of used documentation ensuring the understanding and implementation thereof by all involved parties; • Ensures the implementation of changes occurred during the project performance; • Requests the project sponsor’s support for the project management, planning and control. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project.
