Descrierea postului
Job Responsibilities: Procurement of all types of goods and services, especially for IT and Administrative area including rental contracts for our agencies Sourcing (preparation, specification, selection) and supplier & cost analysis;Evaluate the offers and recommends the best procurement solution;Negotiates the business terms (price, delivery terms, other special requirements set out by the Project);Measure realized cost savings and report to the management team;Drafts the business agreements in compliance with the agreed terms;Negotiates the contractual provisions (legal, financial, business);Sends purchase orders to the selected supplier;Monitors the delivery terms compliance;Ensures the compliance of the goods received by the warehouse and initiator;Checks and sends invoices for payment;

Job Requirements: University degree; At least 2 years experience in Procurement areaFluent in English;Competencies: Persuasive with very good negotiation skills, professional expertise, results orientation, problem solving, integrity & loyalty, customer focus, market knowledge
