Job requirements: University degree Minimum one year experience in the insurance business (would be a plus)English (written, spoken)Excel/Access knowledge would be a plusJob responsibilities: Analysis/evaluation of the complaints/fraud/potential fraud cases and propose customized solutions;Formulate a complete and correct answer to client’s complaint;Continuously communicate with Legal, Compliance, CAS areas to minimize the risks associated to a complaint/fraud case;Represent division in Operations/Company projects;Reporting and analyze.
