Descrierea postului
• Provides all information requested by the customer (products and services), in order to clarify the expressed unclear issues;• Cooperates with specialized departments in order to provide the best solutions at the customer’s phone inquiries;• Calls the customers upon various departments request in order to solve certain actual cases or for marketing purposes.• Drafts the written or verbal answers to customers following the send requests or upon other departments’ requests; • Drafts letters following the requests received from customers and consultants;• Sends on weekly and monthly basis the daily prices and/or status of agreements, to the requesting customers
