Position: Compensation& Benefits AnalystDetermined period: 6 months Department: Human Resources - Compensation & Benefits Reporting to: Compensation & Benefits Manager

Support the payroll&administration support officer in the payroll process (monthly planning, payroll input, checking payroll)Support the payroll&administration support officer in creating the payroll reports as well as ensuring the reports are filled at the authorities and management.Manage the relation with the outsourcing company.Working experience with SMARTREE software will be a plus.Implement compensation & benefits policies and ensure all staff knows how to apply it as well as signing of any requests on remuneration and / or benefits.Investigates the development of compensation & benefits programmes in the labour market.Develops and sets in line with ING global Compensation and Benefits standards as well as local regulations, compensation & benefits policies and procedures (e.g. Collective Labour Agreement, compensation policy, company benefits policy).Support the organization in case of any organization structure changes.Ensures management is able to create job descriptions according to the minimum standards, as well as during the job evaluation process.Ensures changes are administrated correct and on time within the HR administration.Skills and CompetenciesBachelor degree.3 years payroll experience2 years of experience as compensation & benefits analyst.Fluency in English language next to Romanian.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Be able to communicate on different levels within the organization.
