Descrierea postului
• Set-up the accounting system for a new ING Insurance Central Europe entity, according to the company policies and procedures;• Manages financial accounting, cash management and regulatory financial reporting;• Responsible for producing financial statements timely and accurately;• Maintain the system of accounts and keeps books and records on all transactions, assets and liabilities. Monitor and control the process of registration of accounting transactions, application of the appropriate valuation and recognition of assets and liabilities according to RAS and to IFRS (as per the Group accounting manual); • Oversees and reviews all regulatory financial reporting to the Tax Authority, Ministry of Finance and Insurance Supervisory Authority (if any).• Manage the proactive provision of tax advice to the business in order to ensure compliance and optimize tax payment;• Initiate, negotiate and maintain contractual relations with banks in the area of cash management, with the objective to achieve lower costs and leaner collection and payment processes;• Manage all payment processes and optimize cash levels; • Recruit and manage the team; • Initiate change in work procedures/systems to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery;• Represents the Company in all accounting-related committees and matters.
Cerinte
• University degree Economic background• Two years expertise on a similar position ( in Insurance industry preferably)• Strong knowledge in IFRS • ACCA is a plus• PC knowledge - Microsoft Office• English language – fluency • Entrepreneurial spirit• Initiative • Working independently • Client oriented
