Descrierea postului
Job responsibilities: - Updates and administrates contractual relationships with brokers, responsible for due diligence of new brokerage companies - Keeps daily contact with brokerage companies and provide them with relevant information related to products, processes, commissions, legal changes etc. - Solves complaints of brokers and their agents - Coordinates the activity related to fees schemes development and implementation related to the broker channel - Involved in definition and description of sales process, preparation of sales manuals and product presentations - Has a relationship manager’s role for small brokers - Recommends, develops and monitors tools for improving the sales process of brokers and their agents - Involved in training preparation and development of training materials, able to deliver parts of the training himself / herself - Is involved in company projects effecting broker channel - Initiates Business Requests, prepares test plans and makes User Acceptance Tests - Is responsible for debts management monitoring, analysis of the debt reports and recommends correction actions - Monitors competitors’ activities in order to determine the best course of action - Provides information regarding the sales force to regulatory authorities

Job requirements - At least 3 years life insurance and/or financial services experience (sales or training experience will be an advantage) - Good English skills (both oral and written) - Good communication skills - Client oriented approach - Ability of taking action proactively - Excellent planning and organization skills - Results oriented - Knowledge of MS Office package
