Descrierea postului
1.Maintain and enhance all existing inbound and outbound interfaces into the General Ledger; document enhancements and ensure communication of changes is made to the users and to other Support team members.2.Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and on request interfaces. Ensure communication is effective on the results of all scheduled interfaces. Be available for a call in the event that an interface is not running successfully. Monitor the background sessions in PeopleSoft and clear errors.3.Aid in the evaluation of user requests for enhancements. Provide input and suggestions on user requests to determine effort required to implement. Aid in the determination of a testing and development plan for enhancements.4.Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met with regard to all PeopleSoft system availability, reliability, data integrity and recoverability. 5.Update and maintain documentation including the Development Design Documents. Ensure that the interface strategy documentation is kept up to date.6.Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of system functionality and development by continuing and ongoing education and by keeping a knowledge data base.7.Understand and build security requirements for each PeopleSoft user; guide users in determining their requirements for authorization.8.Work with Internal Audit to make sure proper security controls and parameters are in place and re-evaluated when necessary.9.On-going resolution of security related problems and follow-up the effectiveness of resolution.
Cerinte
•Minimal 3 years experience with PeopleSoft•Practical knowledge of help desk and change management process and tools•Experience in user training and preparation training materials•Fluent English and Czech or Slovak•International Project Management experience is an advantage•Willingness to travel
