Job responsibilities: -Support ORM Director in identifying, measuring and monitoring the operational risk-Analyse level of implementation of ORM Scorecards; -Collecting, incident tracking, reporting, response and analysis; -Prepare, support and analyse Risk & Control Self - assessment process -Gather and analyse monthly Key Risk Indicators evolution based on Line management input; -Analysis of Key Risk Indicators trends, status, management response and involvement, periodiclly; -Review together with Line Management of the indicators defined, periodiclly; -Administer the evidences for audit points closure;
Cerinte
-University degree (preferably Economics)-Very good English skills (both oral and written) -Basel II and Solvency II knowledge - would be a plusCompetencies requirements: -Analytical skills-Planning and organizing abilities-Attention to details -Communication & presentation skills (both oral and written)
