Descrierea postului
- booking the lease agreements in the system;- booking supplier invoices and bank statements;- raising monthly invoices for the tenants (rent, service charge, utilities);- preparing the payments for outstanding invoices, according to internal rules;- following-up the ageing list and raising periodicaly reminders for the bad debtors:- following-up the bank guaranties dates and deposits received from the tenants to be according with the lease agreement;- generating monthly reports for local management;- other duties as assigned
