On behalf of our client, one of the most important insurance brokers worldwide, we are searching for a proactive and motivated car specialist to become the Head of Automotive Department. He/She must have proven experience and success in automotive field.
Descrierea postului
The Head of the Automotive Department is a manager and a sales person able of developing and growing a competitive clients’ portfolio. He/She manages a team of account managers and ensures a qualitative client management service. He/She has a wide knowledge and comprehensive vision about his/her client’s portfolio (organization, economical environment, risks, needs, competitors).At the same time, he/she manages the strategic accounts, and is responsible for the retention and development of the client’s portfolio· Defines the management procedures of his/her department, in order to assure performance, transparency and quality of customer service;· Prepares the annual business plan;· Analyzes the development opportunities in the portfolio, and offers new services to the existing clients;· Manages the acquisition strategy and negotiates with the insurance companies, the insurance conditions;· Maintains the relationship with the commercial teams and other departments, and acts in accordance with company’s business strategy;· Provides technical support in the negotiations with potential clients, when necessary;· Supervises the account managers and establishes their targets.
Cerinte
We are looking for a specialist in the B2B car market . He/She must have a proven experience either in Insurance (large accounts), fleet management of large companies of leasing (operational or financial) of cars.· Previous experience in general insurance would be a plus;· Fluency in English;· Previous administration experience;· Very good negotiation and persuasive skills;· Client-oriented person;· Responsible and mature person;· Proactive person;· Sales and client oriented person.
