MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Assistance, under the authority of the Commercial Manager, is responsible to assist one or more Account Managers in their tasks in order to achieve BPLG Romania's commercial objectives.• To maintain the relationship with the customers and the prescribes of BPLG Romania in order to obtain records and financial information to be transmitted to Account Managers: direct call• To keep a good evidence of the credit files, records any change in the contracts and proceeds to debt collection when necessary;• To manage all after sales operations (issue contracts, installments and early closings documents, rescheduling, novation);• To contribute to customer loyalty and actively promotes BPLG’s services in order to reach the maximum financing operations;• To provide ongoing support to Account Managers, including the management of their meetings agenda;• To participate to the administrative management of the service;• To participate to the preparation and transmission of credit files to the Credit Department;• To gather of all necessary documents for the credit files;• To contact clients for soft collection;• To contribute to the good market image of the company by ensuring to all customers a quality service.
Cerinte
• University degree• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Previous experience in commercial field/financial services is preferred;• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;• Responsible person;• Ability to work with deadlines;• Customer oriented;
