On behalf of our client, the leading European equipment financing company, we are searching for an experienced and motivated Project Manager.
Descrierea postului
The incumbent is responsible to ensure the constant update of IT equipments and procedures according with current and future company needs in Romania, by creating tools, technical documents and procedures in order to become more efficient in company’s core business.S/He is involved in choosing and implementing the necessary system, managing all IT projects developed within the company.MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Elaborates technical documentation for ongoing projects;• Ensures and facilitates the communication between and third parties IT suppliers in order to develop the proper solutions and achieve business goals;• Drafts specifications regarding the needs of users and ensure their technical interpretation;• Ensures a high quality of projects (especially by organizing users tests) and supervised their implementation in term of control method, planning and budget;• Ensures change management.
Cerinte
IDEAL CANDIDATE:• University degree • Previous experience in Charisma is preferred• Previous experience within the financing field is preferred• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), French is an advantage• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Microsoft Project (or equivalent) is essential• Programming knowledge, SQL databases and other programming languages• General knowledge of IT networking and infrastructure• The ability to expose clearly the needs and to argue the validity of the proposals made;• Ability to work in a team;• Initiative ;• The ability to synthesize and to present the developed phase of each ongoing project.
