On behalf of our client, one of the most important insurance brokers worldwide, we are searching for a Network Country Manager with proven experience and success in managing international clients within the insurance filed.
Descrierea postului
Main job responsibilities:The Network Country Manager is the focal point in his/her respective territory for Network business. The main role is to manage the strategic accounts and to retain and develop client’s portfolio.Main responsibilities:• Manages the assigned portfolio of Network Clients assuring a high quality of servicing;• Analyzes the development opportunities in the portfolio, and offers new services to the existing clients;• Reports international business flows.• Regularly updates Network Country Information, and provides other country specific information from time to time;• Assures actively promotion of knowledge-sharing and international best practice;• Contributes to the continuous improvement of international servicing and development of long lasting relationships.
Cerinte
Ideal candidate:• At least 2 years previous experience in general insurance;• Experience in managing a portfolio of corporate clients;• Fluency in English;• Fast and clear communication skills;• Respects client confidentiality• Adapts rapidly to changing client needs• Acts with integrity at all times• Is responsive to Network needs/requests• Takes responsibility for problem-solving
