On behalf of our client, a multinational company from operational leasing and fleet management, we are looking now a Junior Business Process Organization.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Local IT correspondent: o implements and participates to the IT support process, in cooperation with local key users and with the service provider o follows up on the resolution of the incidentsSystems project local manager:o Functional analysis and Documentation of the system requirements and change requests of the countryo Practical organization of the local implementation: acceptance tests, training, communication, process adaptations related to the project, data migration Business efficiency:o Description and updating of the local organisation: processes, job description, ad hoc studieso Local transformation projects: management or coordination, business analyst, change and follow-upo Continuous improvement: problems solving, operational efficiency initiatives, lean approachOther possible transversal activities: business continuity plan, permanent control and compliance, quality, communication, procurement

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation: Academic studies, technical degree would be a plusForeign languages skills: Proficiency in English; Knowledge of French would be a plus;Computer literacy: very good IT skills;Experience: o Previous experience in Business Process Organization activities;o Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools o Experience in maintaining a good cooperation with external suppliers or IT team;o Capacity of analyzing company's needs;o Very good communication skills and team player abilities;o Multicultural awareness;o Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines;Professional Skills :o Analytical skills and business orientation;o Good relational skills, both internally and externally;o Rigor and organization;o Tenacity.
