Descrierea postului
Main job responsibilities:• Introducing payments in Multicash for authorization.• Preparing payment documents, cash withdrawal, cash deposits, preparing other bank documents;• Maintaining the evidence of suppliers invoices;• Verifying the accuracy of data transfer between from the management system into the accounting system;• Applying internal financial and accounting procedures;• Collaborating with the Chief Accountant in order to deliver accurate financial situations;• Drafting internal financial reports requested by the Chief Accountant or Financial Manager;
Cerinte
Ideal candidate:• University degree in Economy;• 1 year experience in accountancy field;• English or French knowledge would be a plus;• Word and Excel knowledge is required; • Navision knowledge would be a plus;• Ability to work with deadlines;• Attention to details;• Ability to take ownership of and responsibility for work;• Pro-active and flexible in organizing work responsibilities;• Team working skills;• Fast-learner.
