On behalf of our client, the 3rd global insurance broker who possesses one of the most powerful broking networks worldwide, present in more than 100 countries through over 300 offices with 16 000 employees, we are searching for a Claims Executive.
Descrierea postului
The Claims Executive is responsible for claims management and processing of claim files, while being also a key interlocutor between insurance companies and the company's clients.• Maintains the evidence of claims files and is actively involved in resolving claims files;• Mediates the communication between insurance companies and customers;• Guides and assists clients throughout the entire claim process, from building up the claim file to solving the claim file;• Requests the necessary documents, evaluates and transmits them to the insurance companies; • Follows the evolution of the claim files;• Negotiates with insurance companies the compensations for the client;• Informs clients about the final decision;• Drafts claims reports;
Cerinte
• University degree, preferable in Economics;• Advanced knowledge of English, French would be a plus;• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office;• Previous experience in managing claims files;• Good market awareness;• Very good knowledge of insurance procedures;• Good negotiator;• Team spirit;• Client orientation;• Good communication skills and ability to bound easily;• Proactive attitude
