Perform treasury operations (payments in e-banking system, petty cash); Maintain the relation with the bank and suppliers; Cash planning ; Booking entries (petty cash, bank operations, prepaid expenses, staff cash advances justifying); Intercompany reconciliation; Payments report; Domestic operations declaration for state authority; Preparing the files with support documents to be posted;Insurance policies and keeping the relation with insurance companies;Monitoring of all company contracts (operations and administrations);Keeping the relations with lawyers, notaries, translators;Following the administrative tasks;Inventory counting.
Cerinte
• Good computer skills (SAP or any other similar finance system, MS office, Windows, Excel is a must).• Good knowledge of accounting.• Good level of English.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• A love of order.• Ability to stand in for the Accounting Manager when needed.• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines.
