Start your career in the customer care department using your German language skills in tourism field !CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS (GERMAN LANGUAGE)In this position you will be responsible for:- Active communication with the customers via phone / e-mail ( incoming calls only)- Providing information to customers according to their needs- Responsible for the entire reservation process- Work with internal database- Data maintenance- Advising clients on further opportunities regarding they order- Solving clients queries in case necessary- Collaboration with other departments and colleagues- Reporting
Cerinte
The ideal candidate should be meeting the following requirements:- Fluent in English and German language- Previous experience in services is welcome- Team-player- Very good communication skills- Ability to work under deadlines and stress- Attentive to detail- Problem solver- Positive attitude
