Descrierea postului
■ Plans/forecasts operational and investment budget in cooperation with the other CREM departments (MTP, forecast for current year, budget planning for next year)■ Monitors accuring costs/cash flows and reconciles them with the budget/projected cash flow■ Supports CREM departments in compiling their financial reports, analyses the final reports and consolidates them to the CREM overall financial reporting according to Petrom standards and in alignment with Corporate Controlling, Global Solutions Controlling and IFRS&RAS Reporting■ Conducts financial feasibility analyses for initiatives planned/proposed by other CREM departments in order to assess the cost impact and ensure that the activities do not exceed the agreed budget■ Provides regular and ad-hoc financial management reports according to the requirements of CREM Service Line Lead ■ Supports Business Units in planning/elaborating their budget positions that are assigned to costs caused by CREM ■ Re-invoices CREM service-related third party costs to affiliates and externals■ Provides transparent and detailed cost reports regarding CREM activities to the business units in order to support their cost controlling■ Supports Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting Department during the clothing periods regarding all open issues related to CREM activities■ Represents the single point of contact towards other business units that receive services from CREM, Corporate Controlling, Global Solutions Controlling and other departments regarding all requests/matters related to CREM costs/budgets.The project is 10 months based,
Cerinte
■ University degree or other comparable education – preferably in economics■ 5-7 years working experience in finance; at least 3 years experience in budgeting/controlling■ Experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage■ Good knowledge of budgeting and controlling requirements/processes in multinational corporations■ Basic general knowledge of real estate and facility management in multinational corporations■ Experience in planning operational activities, organization and prioritization■ Good knowledge of the Romanian language (written and spoken)■ Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) - Advanced level■ Ability to participate in solution development for complex problems and identifying opportunities to improve the team’s activity.
