Descrierea postului
■ Participates in tendering and selection processes together with Procurement and CREM specialists to ensure a tendering procedure that fulfils the technical as well as the procurement related requirements■ Supports review of tender/contract documents by legal and insurance departments or business units from a technical point of view; includes comments/adaptations and supports the approval process■ Evaluates bids and ensures procedure compliance / alignment with Petrom standards and procedures■ Participates in contract negotiations together with Procurement for real estate related services■ Supports contract closing and implementation phase as interface between CREM and Procurement■Coordinates review of contract and documents by legal, other involved departments, business divisions, affiliates, includes comments or adaptations and supports the approval process■ Supervises the limits and requirements of active contracts and informs the affected departments in advance of the need to take action. Recommends actions to be taken and offers additional subject-matter support/advice if needed to ensure a timely and effective reaction■ Coordinates all contract related requests with suppliers, proposes and aligns solutions between the supplier, CREM and other involved departments and coordinates preparation of all required documents if the contract is modified■ Evaluates and approves or denies contract modification requests ■ Recommends contract modifications due to changes in legal or corporate requirements and prepares all required documents■ Supervises the development, formulation and finalization of requests or proposals regarding contractual issues towards Procurement department ■ Coordinates contract modification, prolongation or cancellation processes as interface between CREM, Procurement, Legal or other departments.
Cerinte
■ University degree or other comparable education – preferably in economics■5-7 years of working experience in an economic function and at least 3 years experience in budgeting/controlling■Experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage■Good knowledge of the Romanian language (written and spoken)■Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) - Advanced level■ Ability to develop ideas and new solutions and integrate the team in this kind of process ■Ability to participate in solution development for complex problems and identifying opportunities to improve the team’s activity.
