As a Process Engineer, you have to:Drive improvement- Initial reporting - Set-up dash board measurement and metrics – stabilization- Deliver Lean basic, advanced training - Green-belt training for management positions- Benchmarking of the processes between Genpact and external processes- Set-up and measurement of the E2E processes- Delivery green-belt project using DMAIC methodologyTransform PEs into Quality Analyst, under Operations headcount with the following main responsibilities:- Collect data needed to review and validate workload and base-lining- Reporting set-up and validate measurement systems used for dashboards, prepare reports for reviews- Collect data needed for improvement activities- Help with implement Quality Improvement PlansRephrase BBs role as follows:- Identify and deliver on Transorfamtion/ Standardization projects requiring Customer Change management- Act as “change agents” internally and at the Customer end following/ implement above- Mentor and develop PE and QA in the account- Build and own the Six Sigma DNA for the assigned accounts- Participate in SEP or IT Roadmap deployment- Drive and mentor GB project for the account
Cerinte
GL background at least 5 years - Fluent English speaker, another language is a plus- Previous project management experience ( ERP implementation, others, etc)
