Descrierea postului
• Ensure the team members meet targets.• Focus on process improvement, development needs of the CRM tools, lead resolution of technical problems.. • Communicate on a regular basis with Global operation Managers/ SDLs, as well as with the process owner. Communication both in oral and written form.• Prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports.• Participate in the recruitment process of new team members• Train new team members/ team leaders• Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives.• Identify training, coaching, mentoring and buddy opportunities.• Share best practices across teams.• Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
