Descrierea postului
•Provide structured management of projects through the full system development lifecycle using the GE Money RO Project Management methodology•Manage Supplier engagement. Lead project specific contract negotiations including cost and SLAs. Raise purchase orders and provide on-going management of the contract delivery•Manage and track project costs•Project team management – line management and virtual team management. Motivate and drive staff and/or project team members to maximise their contribution•Develop project plans & milestone plans. Ensure task level and resource plans are maintained. Ensure project documentation according to methodology with the support of the Project Management Office•Effective project communication to business stakeholders & IT, including updates, presentations and required approvals•Perform IT feasibility studies/ impact analyses. Assess user requirements and document proposals identifying potential solutions, alternative options, estimated effort and costs•Drive the analysis of business requirements. Manage the production of functional, technical and program specifications. Ensure compatibility with existing systems and technologies•Adherence to company processes and controls to ensure all solutions meet appropriate risk, security, compliance and technical standard requirements•Ensure delivery of unit tested development to a high quality & adhering to GE coding standards. Ensure successful delivery into QAT & support for the QAT process•Manage projects to successful implementation. Ensuring effective implementation planning, handover to Service team & appropriate documentation is completed for the components of the SDLC •Drive formal project closure and post-implementation reviews•Provide ad-hoc IT consultancy (internal & external) for new initiatives
Cerinte
•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or related engineering or economic sciences•Knowledge of project management, development and testing methodologies•Excellent analytic and synthetic skills (business and technical)•Broad Spectrum of IT experience leading projects across a range of technologies & timescales•Extensive track record in either systems analysis or technical design&development•Experience of leading an IT team (minimum 5 people) across a number of projects and direct line-management (minimum 2 people)•Accountable for the delivery of major & /or multiple initiatives, ability to operate independently•Good understanding of systems / technical architectures•Excellent presentation and communication skills, experience of presenting at a senior level (Director level)•Demonstrated ability to identify the business potential of external technologies and/or application solutions•Self managed and motivated, proactive approach, analytical skills, creative thinking, solution-oriented approach•Fundamentals of programming languages and/or information security are a definite plus•Very good communication and interpersonal skills•Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
