Descrierea postului
•Maintain and grow key partner and supplier relationships; •Leverage partners to expand distribution of products;•Manage and grow group insurance solutions for all lending packages according to individual business lines requirements;•Suggest current products improvement for enhanced yet realistic/achievable earnings (profitability);•Implement new insurance products and services to support insurance strategy;•Coordinating the implementation project of the new product by organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints;•Identify cross-sell opportunities for insurance products;•Monitor competitor’s products and processes;
Cerinte
•Strong analytical skills;•Ability to move projects from plan to practice;•Project management skills are considered an asset;•Sound knowledge of financial & insurance products;•Able to interact and operate at all corporate levels (up to top management);•Relationship builder across different business functions (sales, marketing, risk, operations);•Capacity for designing existing and/or new products into profit generators;•English language;•PC proficiency.
