Main Objectives & Activities:• Review all Collection indicators and identify opportunities for improvements and corrective actions for all three businesses in GE;• Define and review the collection strategy, identify opportunities for tests, review and agree them with Collection Manager, Collection Team Leaders and Supervisors, plan their implementation, review and assess results• Constantly work with the Collection Head for achieve optimal results in all activities performed by the unit – support• Advise and challenge the Collection Head in all most important decisions• Be part of the process for reviewing collection results, work with Collection Head for thorough understanding of monthly results• Benchmark local with international indicators and results, in relation to portfolio performance, Collection results, and operational indicators - identify gaps and plan improvements• Responsible for designing and developing all reports necessarily for Collection Head and region and provide training at the request;• Responsible to post on intranet (workplace) all reports available for Collection Head daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.• Able to perform all above mention activities for all 3 companies, at requirement • Perform any other task at manager or SMT requirement within his/her qualification

Qualifications/Requirements:• Collection experience of minimum 2 years.• Able to meet targets and deadlines effectively• Strong interpersonal skills.• Ability to drive process simplification.• Ability to work across departments/functions.• Being flexible and ability to work under stress.• Advanced MS Office skills required (Excel); Access it’s a plus. • Proactive attitude, innovate person, team spirit
