Descrierea postului
Performs daily accounting operations according to Romanian legislation: pay office, bank operations, accounting register and journals, financial-accounting sheets;
Processes payments, invoices and vouchers according to the defined procedures and accounting principles and legislation;
Establishes, modifies document and co-ordinates implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures;
Verifies the accountancy operations of pay office, draws up & verifies necessary bank documents on daily basis;
Prepares reports for CSSPP, within the legal deadlines;
Produces routine reports, schedules and summaries for management;
Assists Chief Accountant in the preparation of the various accounting reports and financial statements;
Scans statements, accounts to identify unusual or overdue items and selects the correct procedure to verify or adjust discrepancies or errors.
Cerinte
At least 1 year of relevant experience;
Knowledge on accountancy (experience in financial services is a plus);
Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading);
Analyzing skills;
Multitasking, ability to shift priorities;
University Degree, preferable in Economics.
