- Act as an expert in financial fiscal legislation- Calculate and declare according to the legislation the income tax, VAT - internal and external (EU and Non-UE), withholding tax, local tax, etc.- Processes all on-line payments through the bank- Act as a key user for the fixed assets module- Register bank notes in the ERP system- Keep the evidence of travel expenses and operates them in the ERP system- Keep track of petty cash- Receive and analyze the internal debit notes and recharges from Corporate regarding depreciation, utilities, rent etc.- Bank reconciliation, fixed assets reconciliation and deductions- Register accruals and manual PO’s- Make sure that sale prices and recharges are correct- Clients reconciliation- Manage the daily cash flow- Manage the Statutory Reports (balance, VAT, 390 and 394 declarations)- Keep up to date the journal for acquisitions- Assist the Finance Manager in monthly and yearly closing process- Participate to the implementation of a new Finance business system.
Cerinte
- University Degree in Economics- 3-5 years experience in financial accounting- Knowledge and experience in working with Financial Fiscal Legislation- Knowledge of state-aid legislation is a major advantage- Solid knowledge on RO-GAAP- Good knowledge of English- MS Office skills, other financial applications and programs
