edy Group is currently looking for experienced and motivated colleagues to join our EU Funds Team as Finance Responsible for European funded projects. Our colleague will report to the Project Manager and his/her activity will be focused on coordinating financial activities for external funded projects implemented by edy Group companies. ResponsibilitiesIn his role, our colleague will have as main directions:- Maintain an accurate recording of all project’s financials, according to specific policies and procedures, providing full accounting process for the project- Manage accounting operations, such as tax statements, trial balance- Manage and elaborate payments for suppliers- Manage accounting operations for company employees involved in project activities (registrations, tickets, expense accounts, etc.)- Assures timely reporting for accounting documents- Elaborate reimbursement report for Contracting Authority- Reporting activities and elaborating Project’s financial reports (periodical and final)- Participate actively in project management meetings

Requirements:Studies and experience- Economical studies: faculty and other trainings- Previous experience in a similar position for EU funded projects is a real advantage- Experience in accounting operations in a dynamic business environment- Excellent knowledge of Accounting, and other specific legislation (e.g. acquisitions)- Excellent reporting skillsPersonal abilities- Excellent numerical and analytical skills (a good “sense for figures”)- Accountability for own responsibilities and decisions- Very organized person, ability to keep track of work and documents- Good communication skills and a team player
