edy Group is currently looking for a Credit Control Coordinator to join the Financial Department team. Our new colleague will direct report to Group Chief Financial Officer and will have in direct coordination the entire Credit Controlling team, located in Timisoara headquarter of edy Group. Please take notice that the job is located in Timisoara.Main responsibilitiesThe role of Credit Controller Coordinator is focused on full management of ‘order to cash’ process for all companies in the group by coordination of entire team’s activity in a continuous improvement process.Specifically, the role will be accountable for:- Coordination of Credit Control process for edy Group’s companies by 3 major steps: order settlement, credit control, and accounts receivable.- Administrative and functional management of Credit controlling team- Coordinate client’s strategy of/ in edy Group: internal clients for Order settlement area and external clients for Account receivable stage- Develop improvement initiatives/ project for its specific area of credit controlling, in all stages
Cerinte
Knowledge and experienceEconomical studies, ideally with a relevant post-university specialization- Solid experience in Credit Controlling domain- Experience in coordination of processes in Credit Controlling area- Working experience in a dynamic company, having with a client based orientation- Ideally, previous experience/ working exposure in Transportation/ Logistics domainSkills & personal traits- Excellent coordination skills [people, processes]- Full process thinking and good overview of the process- Results focus and customer orientation- Very good skills towards measurable improvements [KPI’s]- Excellent abilities for problem solving and solutions provider- Act proactively and with initiative
