Enterprise Risk Services (ERS, or Risk Consulting) help client manage risk and uncertainty, from the boardroom to the network. Deloitte professionals provide a broad array of services that allow clients to better measure, manage and control risk to enhance the reliability of systems and processes throughout the enterprise.Due to regulatory pressure and changes in the macroeconomic environment, Risk Consulting is experiencing an unprecedental growth, thus providing outstanding career opportunities and the possibility to test your skills in a variety of assignments. Therefore, we are looking for talented and motivated individuals who want to become real professionals in a very short time.Role overviewThe candidate will support the growth of the practice by leading project teams on day-to-day basis and ensuring smooth performance and prompt resolution of technical/methodology issues. Candidate will gain customer confidence through their demonstrated technical and quantitative skills and capacity to manage challenges. The candidate will be responsible for professional growth of the staff and to identify new business opportunities along with managers and partners.
Cerinte
- University degree in relevant subject and preferably post graduate qualification in business or finance;- Excellent accounting knowledge;- Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience in a financial institution;- Working experience in Basel II is an advantage;- Fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other language is an advantage;- Flexibility to travel;- Good computer literacy (MS Office application) and excellent organizational, communication, writing and teambuilding skills;- Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team, as well as exceptional commitment to client service;- Enrollment in ACCA or Internal audit certification (CIA) is an advantage;- Internal audit experience is an advantage;- Experience in directly or indirectly managing junior staff that includes training, coaching and delegating.
