for our multinational client, CVO Finance Recruitment is looking for a Finance Manager in ORADEA.Responsibilities:• Planning, organizing and implementing finance operations and objectives; • Ensuring all functions and programs under charge are performed within established budgetary parameters, to include performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures and ensuring sound fiscal control.• Performing highly complex accounting and controlling work according to generally accepted accounting principles, established procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the work.• Preparing management reports, reforecasts and budgets.• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts with assistance from accounting support personnel.• Planning, managing, coordinating, and implementing the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conducting year-end closing process; providing information to financial auditors; conducting standard internal audits of various accounting records. Preparing tax reports/representing the company dealing with tax authorities.
Cerinte
• University degree in Accounting or Economics • Extensive experience in accounting and controlling, as well as in coordinating teams • Knowledge of an ERP software will be considered as an advantage.• Fluent English.
