Descrierea postului
• To supervise and coordinate the advertising agencies in the process of development of allocated brand communication campaigns;• To preserve an efficient relationship with agencies and third party suppliers in order to ensure the performance analysis, selection, planning, execution of the brand communication campaigns;• To follow-up all production and ensures compliance of messages (adverts and commercials) with brand identity, communication strategy, specific briefs and media requirements;• To ensure a proper and constant image in all communication campaigns according with Company platform and brand values;• To analyze and monitor budgets related with communication campaigns;• To use financial tools, ensuring the correct handling of the communication costs, cost controlling procedures and invoices; monitor costs.• To use research tools to track brand health performance; evaluate campaigns, propose corrective actions;• To develop merchandising communication kit in collaboration with Trade Marketing team;• To supervise execution of the media strategy related with brand communication (support in media planning, monitoring, evaluation);
Cerinte
• University Degree – preferably in Marketing/Communication or PR• At least 3 years experience in Marketing Communication, within a company that promoted telecom/IT services to its customers and/or FMCG - working experience in an advertising agency is considered a major plus• Knowledge of MS Office and additional software; • Very good command in English; • Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques;• Advanced verbal and written communications skills;• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, enthusiastic; • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;• Ability to plan, organize and facilitate a range of special events; to establish priorities;• Ability to identify and solve problems; • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;• Able to learn new behaviors;Only suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview!
