Accruals, Evaluation of controlling numbers and creating the monthly reports for the local management and for the parent companyCalculation our Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Calculating all data for our Internal Management Information System (MIS) Creating some other Excel based reports Creating FC together with FM (Financial Manager) Forecasting the sales figures together with our sales teams Checking the actual deviations in variable production cost and forecasting the cost development together with production and the GM Checking the actual deviations in Period Expenses and forecasting the cost development Creating plan together with FM Planning the sales figures together with our sales teams in Germany Planning all cost effects for the next year Investment controllingCreating SAP based calculation out of technical descriptions and /or technical drawingsComparing standard material consumption with actual material usageComparing standard work times, standard scrap percentages and process related waste rates with actual figuresRecommending appropriate adjustments of standard calculations to the general managements
