Descrierea postului
Management ActivityMaintain professional relationships with customers, partner banks, local NBR, regulatory authorities, suppliers, etc.Manage operations staff in the branch in order to provide a high quality performance (specially focus on Customer Care performed by CSU and Teller). Maintain a permanent control regarding operational and administrative expenses/ costs based on Citibank Global Policies.Participate and contribute at appraisals and goals process for branch staff.Operations and Reporting Activity Review the branch’s DCFC, designations, operational & compliance procedures, and policies, including Continuity of Business Plan.Ensure training of new staff and cross training among the units’ staff, cover of absenteeism, vacations and unplanned turnover. If it’s required act as a back-up for any position in Ops area. Coordinate and active participate at the Risk and Control Self-Assessments exercises. Implement additional controls, if it’s required, to ensure that all risks are under efficient controls.● Permanent supervision on daily operational activity performed by Branch Ops team including EOD reconciliations. Perform and authorize transactions performed related consumer customers. Conduct periodic reviews of unit’s activity. Encourage and discuss opportunities to improve the processes. ● Perform inquiries and investigations (real support in Citiservice activity). Perform active cross-selling regarding banking services. Solve legal issues following the internal Injunction procedure. Positive attitude in solving customers complains.● Maintain an efficient cash management by monitoring teller activity. Investigate and request approvals for any excess of vaults balances limits. Support processing transactions by checking validity and correctness of the instructions before authorization. Perform custodian function in a very responsible manner. Close monitor on outstanding items / internal accounts.Assist and supervise the ID’s management; Make sure the microfilm/scanning process is accurate and complete.Prepare required reports/ statistics to HQ.
Cerinte
Domestic operations, international payments and trade finance knowledge and experience. Good strategic planning and analytical thinking is also required. Must have excellent knowledge of legal policies and anti money laundering procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and good presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills in English.
