Principal Objective of the Job: Acquire new corporate customers and increase the share of existing customers’ wallets, develop new products. Manage all the operations of the branch, which include people management, products, process, revenues and expenses.Job Responsibilities: Manage the branch revenues and costs.Develop a team and demonstrate leadership.Generate, develop and maintain complex customer relationships.Deal with customer’s key financial decision-makers on a daily basis. With little or no supervision evaluate customer needs, propose solutions and negotiate complex transactions. With supervision can be involved in fairly sophisticated transactions in a moderately complex environment.Practice teamwork and open communication with colleagues from Bucharest and the other branches. Coach junior colleagues and is a role model with respect to professionalism and teamwork.Management Responsibilities: All staff in the branch (CS, EB and other process).

Knowledge and Skills Required: Must have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and good presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in English. Good strategic planning, analytical thinking with integration skills is also required. Should have excellent selling skills and be highly creative, initiative, flexible. Has to have ability to pay attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure.Must have excellent knowledge of legal policies and anti money laundering. Basic knowledge of corporate technology standards is necessary. Must know very well the local market, customers, competition and specific regulations. Excellent knowledge of loan products, FX and cash management.Experience and Training: Minimum 3 years banking experienceMinimum 2 years Relationship Management. University/College1 year marketing experiencePrevious people management responsibilities will be an advantage.Complexity: Low supervision. Complex and varied work assignments requiring development of procedures and frequent choice among alternative courses of action.High impact on customer and risk responsibilities and moderate influence on product, delivery and cost management.Business Relationships: Frequent interaction with Sr. Management at Country level, business areas, departments, peers and customers that include informing, coordinating, consulting and advising. Interface with local government agencies, professional associations and community.Reporting Relationships: Direct report to Coverage Head.
