Responsibilities:- On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the official reporting-time-schedule, as well as participate in the corresponding meetings to discuss the monthly/quarterly results.- Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management- Continuous improvement of a customer-/result-oriented reporting system (in close co-operation with Corporate Controlling)- Responsible for preparation of the Budget (for the Business Unit) according to the official planning assumptions/ planning schedule (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives)- Continuous Improvement of a modern Controlling and Management Information System, that supports the business decisions through focused and contemporary briefing- Analysis and interpretation of management relevant information within the business unit- Developing and proposing corrective measures in the case of negative actual/budget deviations; - Ad-hoc reports and compilation of action plans- Interface to the central accounting system- Interface to the corporate controlling- Responsible for preparation of the strategy according to the official planning assumptions (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives)- Preparation of BU-specific requests of the board, supervisory board, management and corporate controlling- Participation as representative of the controlling department at business unit level projects, as well as company level special projects
Cerinte
Job requirements:- University Degree in Economics or any comparable education- Experience 3-5 years with Controlling in a big multinational company or Big 4- Fluency in English and Romanian- Experience with WinMentor or similar ERP- Previous work in projects where various/ many stakeholders were involved; - Willingness to work hard; learn more; highly committed and motivated personalities
