Descrierea postului
- Execution of local marketing programs in relation to the launch and promotion of a particular brand- Develop local marketing materials- Plan advertising campaigns and promotions and provide support to the sales force to monitor trends and improve market intelligence- Eexecute market research projects, based on pre-approved consumer understanding plans and communicates results to the marketing team and local management - Responsible for maintaining the promotion and marketing materials for a particular brand- Ensures a full marketing support service is available for promotions, presentations - Evaluates the effectiveness of local promotion and advertising programs and recommends improvements or changes- Responsible for brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications in relation to the defined marketing strategy- Participates in all aspects of brand communication including agency briefs and to ensure effective implementation of brand advertising campaigns as defined in the area marketing strategy- Controlling and implementing the brand communication budget as per the defined overall area marketing strategy
Cerinte
- University degree required, preferably with a Marketing or Business focus- Minimum 3 years related experience in a marketing position and preferably in a management role- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills are essential- Strong planning skills- In-depth knowledge of marketing “tools” and market research principles including product, promotion, placement and pricing knowledge and experience in writing marketing plans- Financial awareness- Time and task and priority management- Knowledge of sales and sales teams- Consumer understanding- Competitors knowledge
