BRD–GSG, is looking for a skilled and enthusiast Office Manager for Societe Generale European Business Services (SG EBS), the newest Societe Generale branch in Romania. As one of the main delivery centers of the Group worldwide, SG EBS will deliver added value services for Societe Generale Group, starting with finance and accounting support for branches located all around Europe. Fast growing company, it will progressively enlarge its scope to other activities. The aim being to build an innovative asset for the Group, focusing on service quality and reliability.
Descrierea postului
The Office Manager is directly attached to SG EBS CEO. Its role within the company consists in monitoring the company’s finance and accounting, performing the daily operational tasks related to support functions and supporting the integration of new activities in the centre.Monitors the company’s bank accounts and assures the client invoicing process (including follow up of payments)Monitors expense authorizations and purchasing and manages SG EBS suppliersDefines, implements and follows up the dashboardsCoordinates all support services activities (HR, finance, IT, real estate);Coordinates all local activities necessary to integrate new activities in the delivery centre, in strong coordination with the supervising team in Paris: identification of the future premises and preparation of the installation; coordination of IT activities to prepare the arrival of new staff; following up the recruitment process etc.
Cerinte
Relevant work experience in the finance/administration field (5 years);Economical academic background and good accountancy knowledge;Good communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit;Strong organisation and coordination abilities; Pro-activeness, tenacity and result orientation;Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);Driving licence; Advanced level of English and French.
