Bergenbier S.A. va continua să producă şi să promoveze mărcile Bergenbier, Stella Artois, Beck's, Löwenbräu şi Noroc şi să importe specialităţile belgiene Leffe şi Hoegaarden.
Descrierea postului
Purpose of the job: Delivers sustainable growth of the main KPIs (volume, net sales, and market share) on international premium brands by creating enduring bonds with the consumers and strengthening brand health.Responsibilities:Owns the brand budgets ensuring maximum cost efficiencies and savings; makes recommendations and takes decisions on costs allocation and investment that drive top-line growth.Builds consumer preference for the brand measured by brand health KPIs (attitude, behavior, equity).Provides the brand context to the 3-year plans and writes the annual brand plans.Ensures that all actions undertaken by Company functions are in line with the overall brand strategy and execution standards.Leads brand innovation by following market and consumer trends.Has responsibility for the pricing strategy at SKU level that captures top-line growth opportunities.
Cerinte
University degree (Business or related);Minimum 5 year experience within FMCG;Minimum 3 years Brand Management experience;Experience in sales is an advantage;Fluent in EnglishComputer literacyDriver’s licenseExperience in managing agencies and outside suppliersAnalytical skillsPresentation skillsExperience with media planning and buying
