Descrierea postului
• Ensures that collectors follow the collection strategy and takes all the necessary measures in order to reduce the AR balance • Daily monitors the team workflow in order to make sure customer queries are addressed timely and correctly• Acts as an escalation point in case of difficult customer issues• Analyses the accounts situations in order to recommend/ approve a credit limit/ payment term modification • Ensures the proper allocation of blocked orders to the team members in order to meet the KPIs• Takes the necessary operational decisions for the customer orders • Evaluates & monitors performances• Sets KPI / follows KPI• Trains & coaches • Manages the performance evaluation process for team members• Acts as an escalation & key contact point on process • Motivates the subordinated staff• Cascades & communicates all management decisions to the team & ensures follow up• Designs & proposes updates for the policies in place in order to achieve targets• Coordinates with the other team leaders in the department to ensure shared KPIs are met
Cerinte
• Very good language skills both in spoken and written Spanish• Advanced English as second language required• Relevant experience in coordinating a team (2-3 years) in a similar environment• Good understanding of finance processes• Customer oriented mindset• Ability to work under stress• Ability to handle confidential information• Good analytical and interpersonal skills• Self motivated• Attention to details
