On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading automotive and industrial suppliers, we are looking for a professional to fill in the position of: Senior Financial Controller with SAP experince and fluency in German or EnglishLocation: Brasov Reports to: Head of Controlling Responsibilities:•Harmonization of the statutory accounts with group reporting policies.•Prepare budget reports, forecasts; analysis of the variances; actual versus Budget/Forecast.•Analyzing monthly operating results against budget.•Cost deviation analysis - planed vs. actual costs and determination of the causes.•Monthly analysis for the financial position and statement of the company.•Making suggestions regarding the improvement of results in accordance with the budgets and the re-forecasts.•Assurance of the control regarding the appliance of the internal norms and regulations.
Cerinte
•Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance.•ACCA would be a plus.•Minimum of 4+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multinational company.•Fluent in English or German.•Strong knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)•SAP experience would be very much appreciated.•Business oriented.•Proficient in interpreting financial results and business indicators to identifyand analyze trends.•Excellent communication skills (both written and orally).•Customer oriented – especially to internal customer; problem solving ability; Flexibility.•Able to work with strict deadlines•Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills•Demonstrating business partnering, consulting and negotiation skills.
