Descrierea postului
- Responsible for the booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients (depreciation, prepayments, re-evaluations)- Support for full accurate and timely statutory accounting, in accordance with local fiscal and accounting regulations (recording, classifying, examining and analyzing of financial transactions).- Control the accuracy of the accounting documents that support the financial transactions, ensuring their compliance with local regulations and internal norms.- Support for preparing the financial statements required by local law and any others reports for local regulators, respecting the time limits required.- Makes month-end adjustments (accruals, provisions, etc).- Makes the necessary month-end adjustments to ensure the compliance of the books with international regulations.- Performs month-end reconciliations with Inter-company suppliers and customers- Ensure the required information for statutory audit- In charge with company’s treasury activity: cash flow statements, cash pool, bank guarantees.- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.- Monthly deviation analyses P&L, and monthly reporting- Support for the budgeting process- Monthly actual price analyses of the final goods- Relationship with state authorities on any tax issues, such as tax audits, VAT reimbursements, etc.
Cerinte
- University degree- preferably in finance and accountancy- Experience in similar position in a production company- Very good knowledge of accountancy standards and tax regulations- Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing- Knowledge of German would be a plus- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP- Strategic thinking and planning skills- Analytical thinking
