In prezent este detinuta in proportie de 88,70% de National Bank of Greece, si 10,18% de Banca Europeana pentru Reconstructie si Dezvoltare.Grupul NBG are o prezenta puternica in 5 tari din Sud-Estul Europei, o retea in plina dezvoltare de peste 850 de sucursale, 21.000 de angajati si o cota de piata regionala de aproximativ 10% din creditele acordate persoanelor fizice.
Descrierea postului
- to manage delinquent accounts in order to collect overdue amounts, in compliance with the bank and local regulations- to manage incoming calls and to make outgoing calls for delinquent accounts in order to recover the debts- to make all efforts to contact the customer, including investigations for new contact details- to negotiate the payments terms with the customer and to offer counselling in terms of payments- to propose corrective actions for delinquent accounts (SMS, letters etc.)- to follow the productivity targets and deadlines established by his direct supervisor according with the workload capacity, volume of activity and business needs- to create and maintain a good relationship with customer, educate him / her regarding the necessary of paying and consequences if not- to provide timely and accurate feedback regarding special situation on delinquent accounts, possibilities for work improving and maximising results- to maintain strict confidentiality on all accounts and bank policies
Cerinte
- university degree- good knowledge of retail collection activity and credit policy- experience in retail collection- very good communication and negotiation skills- creativity and problems solving- ability to work under pressure- good English knowledge
