Descrierea postului
• Assure excellent service and support through phone to all customers/potential customers of the Bank (incoming and outgoing call handling);• Always be informed about card products, procedures and services offered to customer at a certain time (continuous self-training);• Handling or helping call center agents with complicated customer requests • Monitor personnel performance• Supervise shift personnel in daily operations• Interview and make recommendations for open positions in the call center• Maintain scheduling and related reports• Ensure procedures are followed correctly• Participate in coaching, reviews and training assessments of shift personnel in conjunction with department manager• Review all requests for support of new technologies • Investigate new technology as directed
Cerinte
• 2 years supervisory experience or job related experience• Familiar with Credit and Debit card products lifecycle • Customer-oriented• Independent problem solving skills/ product knowledge/ management of customer expectation/ initiative• English - advanced• Univeristy degree
