In 1990, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) was established by taking over the commercial business of the National Bank of Romania (NBR). That moment marked the starting point of the new banking system creation in Romania. Descrierea postului
The Senior Auditor will actively participate in the development of the internal audit processes and engagements as well as in other related bank activity areas.Main responsibilities:Setting the Audit plan in line with business strategy and objectives, building relationships within the business to implement a new control infrastructure, and conducting audit reviews across the business to support changePlanning and preparation of audits as well as playing a key role in their execution and completionDelivering accurate, concise, value added presentations and reportsEnsuring that audit findings and recommendations are appropriate and properly supported prior to meetings with executive managementPreparing recommendations for executive management review and securing commitment to address any necessary changes
Cerinte
•Higher Education/Master Degree preferably with Finance/Economics profile•At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Financial services / banking system audit •At least 1 year in management/coordination positions •ACCA qualification is recommended•CISA/COSO certification earned or on-going •Auditor Certification issued by the National Bank of Moldova/Finance Ministry •Experience in the Finance-Banking sector (i.e. broad knowledge of the business (strategy, organisation, policies, interactions)•Excellent organisation and planning skills•Very good commercial and interpersonal skills•Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint; Access)•High competence in written and oral communication •Fluent English
