In 1990, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) was established by taking over the commercial business of the National Bank of Romania (NBR). That moment marked the starting point of the new banking system creation in Romania. Descrierea postului
This Executive Director position will be part of the senior management team and will have a crucial role in determining the future and long-term success of the company.Main responsibilities:You will provide senior level strategic counsel to the CEO and senior management team and will be expected to support business growth You will assure the implementation of the Bank’s finance and risk strategic lines, standards and policies and monitor the internal control system in compliance with the provisions stipulated by the National Bank of MoldovaYou will support business development, financial reporting and general accounting
Cerinte
Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related area of study A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a banking institution At least 3 years in a senior management position Retail and corporate credit risk management and controlling experience Knowledge of financial control and reporting Knowledge of legal and compliance norms and proceduresFluency in English required Excellent business and leadership skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to mobilize and empower staff to achieve results.
