APM Terminals Romania SRL is currently seeking candidates for the position of Cost Controller within Container Inland Services (Transport department). The position is based in Constanta.Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- To perform all the activities related to the Cost Control & Documentation for CIS;- Responsible for collecting and checking all suppliers’ invoices related to CIS activities, and inputting related data in the system;- Prepare primary accounting, with close follow up on accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT. - Preparing internal monthly reporting - Ensure compliance to Romanian fiscal legislation- Responsible to keep all files in good order and archiving them after being accomplished;- Performing reports & analysis, accruals, etc. for monthly reporting and assisting the Chief Accountant in any general reporting;
Cerinte
The ideal candidate should have:- Excellent PC skills;- Good knowledge about Romanian fiscal legislation- Good knowledge about VAT (in international transportation, inside and outside EU - would be an advantage).- Familiarity with Atlantis – an advantage- Good analytical skills- Good interpersonal skills- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken;- Excellent communication skills- Be highly proactive, show initiative and provide exceptional service to our clients- Ability to deliver to high standards in a thriving environment- Decisive, creative, innovative- Strong team player- Result oriented
